SAARC Higher Education Ministers Conference

The Higher Education Ministers Conference of the South Asian Association of Regional Cooperation (SAARC) was held in Colombo on March 26 and  27 , 2009.The inaugural session was declared open by the Prime Minister of SriLanka,Rathnasiri Wickramanayake.The event was attended by the Higher Education Ministers as well as the Ministry Secretaries of the regional body, which included Professor Wiswa Warnapala ,Minister of Higher Education and Mrs.Malini Peiris,Secretary to the Ministry of Higher Education .Pictures show highlights of that  event .
